商品代金以外の必要料金Additional costs: 基本料金に含まれない交通費・追加ロケーション費等が発生する場合は、事前にご案内します。Any costs not included in the base price (e.g. transport, extra locations) will be advised in advance.
お支払い方法Payment methods: クレジットカード（Visa / Mastercard / American Express）によるオンライン事前決済のみとなります。Credit card only (Visa / Mastercard / American Express), paid online in advance.
お支払い時期Payment timing: ご予約確定後にお送りする決済リンクより、全額前払いをお願いしています。Paid in full in advance, via a secure payment link sent once your booking is confirmed.
サービス提供時期Delivery: ご予約いただいた撮影日当日に撮影を実施します。撮影データは編集後、オンラインで納品します（納品までの日数は現在調整中）。The shoot takes place on your booked date. Edited data is delivered online afterward (exact turnaround time is still being finalized).
キャンセル・返品についてCancellation: 撮影日の7日前まではキャンセル料無料。6〜3日前は50%、2日前〜当日は100%のキャンセル料を申し受けます。悪天候により撮影が実施できない場合は、日程変更または全額返金で対応します（日程変更は1回まで無料）。サービスの性質上、データ納品後のキャンセル・返金はお受けできません。Free cancellation up to 7 days before the shoot. A fee of 50% applies 6–3 days before, and 100% from 2 days before through the day of the shoot. If a shoot cannot go ahead due to bad weather, we reschedule or refund in full (one free reschedule). Given the nature of the service, no cancellation or refund is possible once edited data has been delivered.
